UI/UX Design
On March 14th, 2024, the University of Chicago Medical Center and National Nurses United agreed to a 4-year
labor contract (CBA). It was ratified by 2,800 nursing colleagues. This website was a pivotal piece in
providing key updates and background information on
the negotiations, resources, and stories in tandem with the agreement.

The interface design was tailored to emphasizing the the deal’s updates. Open white space primed for data and statistics. Highlighting the messaging and core initiative of the agreement as a whole and outlining the process of the bargaining team reaching the agreement. The UChicago Med brand colors and the shield element from the logo were utilized as the prime branding elements throughout the pages.
